


Has anyone else experienced the same scan issue with a printer? If you did, how did you manage to resolve it? Any help is much appreciated. Everything is fine insofar as we can see. On the PC side, we checked the scan folder for share and security permissions. We made sure there are no forward slashes in the host name. We accessed the SMB settings in the Administrator Console of the printer and checked the Host address (Host name), File Path, User ID and Password. The error message is the same for each scan, but the error code varies. We installed a new Konica Minolta printer this spring (model number is bizhub C224e). The printer was scanning just fine until one day when the executive assistant reported that each time she scans a document, the error message "Failed to complete job" followed by an error code displays.
